Is a camera and its lenses treated as separate items?
No, all of your camera equipment is treated as one item.
If you have the Comprehensive, Standard Saver, Snow Sports Plus, Domestic and Frequent Traveller Saver policy:
Your camera equipment has a standard coverage of $3,000. although you can increase the cover to $5 000 per item or a maximum of $10,000 by buying Specified High Value Item Cover.
If you have the Basics policy:
Cover for all luggage and personal effects is limited to $2 000.
Note:
- Specified High Value Item Cover is not available for the Basics Policy.
