If I develop a medical condition after I buy my policy, is the medication covered?
The cost of replacing or purchasing any medication for your medical condition (whether or not the medical condition is listed as an Automatically covered Pre-existing medical condition in our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) would not be covered if your medication is lost, delayed or you run out of them while you are on your trip.
As a precautionary measure, you should keep sufficient quantities of your medication with you in your carry-on luggage and not in your checked-in luggage in case your checked-in luggage is delayed or lost by your carrier.
