I am having trouble downloading my documents. What do I do?

You can:
  1. Log into your policy online using your Policy number, Surname and Date of Birth and download your policy certificate,
  2. Send an email to info@fastcover.com.au and we will resend your policy documents,
  3. Call us on 1300 409 322 and we will resend your policy documents to you.
