Can my family or friend make enquiries or changes on my policy?
A family member or friend can only make enquiries or request changes to your policy if they are formally listed as an authorised third party. If they’re not authorised, they can only ask general product related questions — Fast Cover can’t share personal or policy-specific details or accept changes on your behalf due to privacy laws.
To authorise someone, simply email info@fastcover.com.au with your request or call 1300 409 322 and provide the necessary details. Once added, they’ll be able to discuss your policy and make approved changes where appropriate.
