Can my family or friend make enquiries or changes on my policy?

Family or friends can only make specific enquiries or changes to your policy IF they are listed as an authorised 3rd party on your policy.


  • If the family or friend is not listed on your policy as an authorised 3rd party, they can only make a general enquiry. We would not be able to give them information specific to you or your policy, or make any changes to your policy at their request.
  • You can nominate for a family/friend to be an authorised 3rd party who can make enquiries and changes to your policy. Send us an email at or call us on 1300 409 322 to nominate an authorised 3rd party.
