What is 'Snow Equipment Replacement Hire' cover?

You only have this cover if you chose the Snow Sports Plus and Domestic Plus policies.

We will pay:

Up to the limits set out in the Benefit Summary in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), for hiring replacement snow sports equipment that is necessary to continue with your original itinerary if snow sports equipment owned by you has been misdirected or delayed for a period of more than 24-hours.

We will not pay:

  • Unless we accept a claim by you under Benefit 20 - Snow Sports Equipment for accidental loss, theft of, or damage to snow sports equipment owned by you.
  • For more than the applicable limits set out in the Benefit Summary in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
