The worldwide 24/7 Emergency Assistance team does not operate a call-back facility. If you need help, you will need to stay on the line until your call is answered. 

If your mobile phone does not have enough credit, try to use a landline, or consider alternatives such as email (emergency@fastcover.com.au) so the team can assist you.
