Can I claim for cancellation costs if my booked transport is delayed or rescheduled?

You may have cover under your policy for your cancellation costs if your booked transport is delayed or rescheduled due to reasons which are covered under your policy.

If you have the Comprehensive, Snow Sports, Domestic Plus or Frequent Traveller Saver policies, you may also be able to claim for Travel Delay Expenses or Special Event Transport Expenses.

• The Basics policy does not include cancellation cover.
