If my sporting event is rescheduled, can I claim on costs to rearrange my travel?

No, we are not able to provide cover for your costs to rearrange your travel (flights or accommodation) if the sporting event you plan on attending is delayed.

If you have the Comprehensive, Snow Sports Plus, Frequent Traveller Saver and Domestic Plus policies:

We are only able to provide cover for reasonable special event transport costs that you are unable to claim back from your carrier, if your scheduled transport is cancelled, delayed, shortened or diverted and causes you to miss a wedding, funeral, conference, sporting event or prepaid travel/tour arrangements.
