How can I make a travel insurance claim if my group policy has the organiser’s contact details instead of mine?

If your travel insurance was purchased as part of a group booking, the contact details on your policy (such as the email address and phone number) may belong to other people instead of you. That doesn’t stop you from making a claim, you still have two ways to do it:

  1. Online claim: To lodge a claim online, you’ll need a verification code which is sent to the email address listed on your Certificate of Insurance. You can either:
    • Call 1300 409 322 to update the email address to your own, or
    • Ask the main policy holder to share the verification code with you.
    (A new verification code is required each time you log in to the claims system.)
  2. Paper or email claim: If online claiming isn’t convenient, you can download a claim form and send it to us by email, post, or fax.
