How do I claim if my policy was purchased as part of a group and the contact details aren't mine?

If your policy was organised as a part of a group, and the contact details (email address and phone number) on your policy contains the organiser's details and not yours, you can still submit a claim and it can be done in two ways: 

1) Online Claim: To be able to submit an online claim, you will need to get a verification code sent to the email address listed on your policy certificate. You can either call us on 1300 409 322 to have the email address changed to your own email address, or ask the trip organiser to give you the verification code. Please note that you will need a verification code each time you wish to enter the Claims system; OR 

2) You can download a claim form and post/email/fax your claim to us.
