Are trailers covered under the Rental Vehicle Excess benefit?

Trailers are not included under the Rental Vehicle definition and therefore are not included under the Rental vehicle insurance excess benefit. 

A 'Rental Vehicle' must be a hatchback, sedan, station wagon, four wheel drive, mini bus/people mover or a campervan/motorhome that does not exceed 4.5 tonnes.
