My flight is delayed and I miss my connecting flight to my cruise, what can I claim for?

If you have a Comprehensive, Snow Sports Plus, Domestic Plus or Frequent Traveller Saver policy:

You may be able to claim for:

• Special event transport expenses to get you to the cruise on time.
• Travel delay expenses if the delay is for more than 6 hours
• Trip disruption expenses for any additional expenses you incur to get to your cruise

If you have a Standard Saver policy:

You may be able to claim for:

• Trip disruption expenses for any additional expenses you incur to get to your cruise

Note:

• If you miss your cruise, you would have provision to claim for what you have already paid, if the reason for you missing the cruise is for something that you can claim for under your policy.
• If you miss a part of your cruise, you would have provision to claim for either the days of the cruise which you have missed (if the missed days can be quantified) OR the additional expenses that you incurred to get to the cruise.
