I need to cancel my policy because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. What are my options?

If your trip has been affected by COVID-19, you can:

  • Change your depart and/or return dates by logging into Your Policy or contacting us. Depending on your revised dates, an additional premium may apply.
  • Cancel your policy for a full refund if you are still within the 25 day cooling off period by logging into Your Policy or contacting us.
