I need to cancel my policy because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. What are my options?
If you are still within the 14 day cooling off period, you may cancel your policy for a full refund.
If you are outside the 14 day cooling off period and you are not intending to make a claim on your existing policy, you are able to request a Credit to use for a new policy for up to 18 months.
