I have a 2 year policy, do my benefits from the first year carry over to the second year if I don't use it?

Benefits that you don't use in the first year of your policy will not carry over, however, as our policies work on a 12-monthly basis, your benefits will 'reset', and will be reinstated to their original cover limit.

For example: You have a 2 year Comprehensive policy with cover up to a maximum of $15 000 for luggage and personal effects, and you claimed for lost luggage up to $10 000 in the first year of your policy. When the second year of your policy comes around, your luggage benefit will again be $15 000 for the remaining 12 months.

• Medical cover is unlimited for all our overseas policies, however this excludes any pre-existing medical conditions which we are not able to cover for.
