My travel plans have changed, what do I do?
Travel plans don’t always go the way we expect! If your trip details change, just get in touch with Fast Cover as soon as possible so we can update your policy. If your policy isn’t updated to match your new travel arrangements, you might not be covered for your revised trip.
You can usually update things like:
- Your travel dates
- Your destination
- Adding extra cover (e.g. Adventure Pack, Motorcycle Pack, Rental Vehicle Insurance Excess, or Bicycle Pack)
- Cover for valuable items
- Your Standard Excess
- Or even upgrading your policy

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
