Can I submit a partially completed claim?

To assist in the quick processing of your claim, you should try to submit your claim in it's entirety. However, if this is not possible, you can save your claim and finalise it at a later date.

Note: 

  • You have 30 days from the time you start your online claim to complete and submit it. After 30 days, your unsubmitted claim will be removed from the system, and you will need to start a new claim.
  • Once you have submitted your claim, you can still make changes and submit new documentation. This may delay the processing and finalisation of your claim.
  • Your claim will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your completed claim form and all necessary supporting documentation. If the Claims team require additional information, a written notification will be sent to you within 10 business days.
  • All claims are assessed on a case by case basis and the outcome of your claim will depend on your particular circumstances.
