The airline returned my air miles in full because I couldn't fly, but I can only use them in 6 months time. Can I claim for the cost of my new flights?
If the airline has returned your air miles in full, we consider this as you being fully compensated for your loss, so there is no cover under our policies for the cost of your new flights.
