Can I claim if I left the airport with my luggage, but when I got home, some of my bags were missing?
You can submit a claim for your lost luggage to the Claims team for consideration.
As every traveller's situation is different, the Claims team will assess all claims on a case by case basis. Please ensure that you provide documentation to support your claim.
Note:
- There is no cover if you have not reasonably looked after your luggage and personal effects, or if your items are left unsupervised in a public place.
