Can I make a claim if I left the airport with my luggage but realised later that some bags were missing?

If you’ve left the airport and later notice that some of your bags are missing, you can still submit a claim. Make sure you report the loss to the airline or carrier as soon as possible, but preferably within 24 hours of discovering the loss and get a written report from them, as this is required when your luggage has been lost or misplaced during travel. 

Once you lodge your claim, the claims team will review the circumstances and consider your case and the policy conditions.
