Can I claim if I lose an item that isn't mine?
Our Luggage and Personal Effects benefit can only cover you for the loss, damage or theft of your own personal items.
There is no cover for any items that you take with you on your trip, which are not your own.
Cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
