We are travelling as a family but have 2 separate policies because we are leaving at different times. If we have to claim for the same event, do we still have to pay for 2 lots of excess?
Yes, an excess (if applicable) is payable on each policy even if you are all claiming for the same event.
Note:
- No excess is payable if you have chosen to reduce your excess to $0 and paid the additional premium.
