Do I need a visa for travelling to Vietnam?

All Australia citizens must have a valid visa or visa exemption certificate to enter Vietnam. 

Australian’s can now apply for an eVisa (electronic visa) for tourism or business purposes, valid for up to 90 days. Learn more about eVisa application requirements on the Vietnam Embassy website. 

As visa and entry requirements for Vietnam may change over time, it is your responsibility to verify visa requirements from the Vietnamese embassy website, your local Vietnam embassy or consulate, or from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam visa application website.
