I’m only in transit in India. Do I still need travel insurance for India?

If you are only in transit through India, you automatically have cover for up to 48 hours. Cover is only available for the countries or region you have selected at the time of purchase and listed on your Certificate of insurance. If you change your travel plans and decide to legally enter India, you may not be covered under your policy if India was not selected at the time of purchase and listed on your Certificate of insurance. You can apply to Fast Cover to add India to your policy to include cover and pay an additional premium.
