Do I need cruise travel insurance for a cruise in France’s rivers?

You will not need to include cruise cover if you are taking an inland river cruise or a day cruise in France and will not be sleeping on the boat. For example, if you are cruising along the Seine for a few hours to see the Eiffel Tower, you will not need cruise cover. France river cruises are automatically covered under your France travel insurance policy so you won’t need to choose Cruise cover, for this type of cruise.
