Do I need cruise travel insurance for a cruise between Samoa’s Islands?

If you’re participating in a short-day cruise while island-hopping between Samoa’s Savai'i and Upolu islands, you won’t need to take out Cruise cover because short-day trip cruises in bays and between islands are automatically covered under your Samoa travel insurance policy.  

However, if you will be travelling on a cruise ship for 1 night or more in Samoa’s waters, you must add Cruise cover to your Samoa travel insurance policy to be covered for your Cruise.
