Can I upgrade from Basics to Comprehensive later?

If your trip hasn’t started yet, you can switch your policy either way, from Basics to Comprehensive, or from Comprehensive back to Basics. 

If your trip has already started, you can still upgrade from Basics to Comprehensive, but you won’t be able to downgrade from Comprehensive to Basics once you are already travelling. 

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
