Am I covered if I take a helicopter ride as part of my holiday?

Yes, provided:

1. You are a passenger on the helicopter, and
2. You are riding with a licensed operator, and
3. The pilot is qualified and licensed, and
4. The helicopter is adequately insured.

There is NO cover if you are operating the helicopter or taking helicopter flying lessons.
