What Professional Indemnity Insurance arrangements does Fast Cover have?

Fast Cover holds professional indemnity insurance that meets the requirements of section 912B of the Corporations Act. This insurance, subject to its terms and conditions, provides cover for claims relating to the conduct of Fast Cover representatives and employees. 

Importantly, the insurance also continues to provide cover for representatives or employees who are no longer with Fast Cover, provided they were working with the company at the time of the conduct that gave rise to the claim.
