What’s the difference between a Travel Delay Expenses and a Trip Disruption Expenses benefit?

Travel Delay Expenses benefit reimburses you for additional expenses that you incur if your pre-booked transport is cancelled and rescheduled and delayed due to circumstances as outlined in the PDS.  

Trip Disruption Expenses reimburse you for additional travel and accommodation expenses that you incur when you are still on your trip if it is interrupted due to circumstances outlined in the PDS such as strike, riot, severe weather, and natural disaster. 

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
