How much can I claim for travel agent cancellation fees?

Depending on policy chosen, you may be able to claim up to $1,500 in travel agent cancellation fees if you’ve already paid in full for your trip, or if you paid the maximum deposit at the time of cancellation. We will not pay more than the level of commission or service fees normally earned by the agent, had your trip not been cancelled.  You’ll need to provide documentation of the travel agent’s fee when you submit your claim. 

We will not pay if your claim relates to the financial collapse of any travel agent,
