Can I make a claim if my luggage is lost while being sent by courier?

If your luggage is being sent unaccompanied by courier, post or under a freight contract, it isn’t covered. The policy only provides cover for items you take with you on your trip, not items shipped separately. 

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
