When I call Fast Cover, which option should I choose?

When you call Fast Cover, you can select the option that best matches what you need: 

  •  Press 1 – Quotes or Questions 

    Speak to our team if you’d like a new quote or have general questions. Business hours are listed on our website. 

    If you’re calling outside these hours, you can email info@fastcover.com.au and we’ll respond as soon as possible. 

  • Press 2 – Policy Changes or Questions 

    Contact us if you need to update or make changes to your existing policy. Business hours are listed on our website.

  • Press 3 – Claims 

    The Claims team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time. 

    If you’re calling outside these hours and it’s not an emergency, you can email claims@fastcover.com.au and we’ll respond as soon as possible. 

  • Press 0 – Emergency Assistance 

    Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent help while travelling.
