Your travel insurance policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By purchasing a policy, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. 

This jurisdiction and governing law clause are intended to apply to all policies issued by Fast Cover.
