What is my responsibility if I need to make changes to my policy?
If you need to make changes to your travel insurance policy, it’s your responsibility to contact Fast Cover as soon as possible so your details stay up to date. This could include changes to your travel dates, destination, traveller details, or adding extra cover like the Adventure Pack or Rental Vehicle Insurance Excess.
Keeping your policy accurate ensures you remain covered for your revised plans and avoids issues if you need to make a claim. You can request changes by emailing info@fastcover.com.au or calling 1300 409 322 during business hours.
Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
