Can my next of kin or friend discuss my emergency or claim with you?

Yes, if you give them permission to do so by adding them as an authorised 3rd party on your policy:

• Send an email to info@fastcover.com.au with the following details: name of next of kin, contact number, email address and date of birth, or 
• Call on 1300 409 322 to add them
