Can my next of kin or friend discuss my emergency or claim with you?

Yes, only once you authorise them as a third party on your policy. For privacy reasons, we can’t discuss your policy, emergency, or claim with anyone else unless you give permission.

How to add an authorised third party:

• Email: send info@fastcover.com.au the person’s full name, contact number, email address, relationship to you and date of birth; or
• Phone: call 1300 409 322 and ask us to add them.
