If I buy extra cover for only two of my camera lenses, how does that affect my cover?

The two lenses you list as a specified high value item, in the event of a claim, they will be assessed in line with the value of cover you chose when adding them to your policy. Your camera body and all other accessories that you haven’t specified will be treated as Unspecified items. These are covered up to the standard limit for cameras and video equipment, which is 3,000.

If you have added luggage cover to a Basics policy, the total limit for all luggage is 2,000, which means your camera and unspecified accessories will be limited to that amount.

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
