What does ‘Medical Practitioner’ mean in travel insurance?

In the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), a Medical Practitioner means a qualified doctor of medicine or dentist (other than you or another person listed as covered in the Certificate of insurance, your travelling companion or anyone related to you or your travelling companion with these qualifications) registered to provide the relevant service in the place where you or the relevant person receive the services acting within the scope of their registration and pursuant to the relevant laws.
