How will my policy be sent to me?

You can choose how you receive your policy:

  1. Email - this is the fastest way for you to get your policy as the email is automatically sent to you as soon as the policy is paid for.
  2. Post - if you don't have an email address, we can post your policy documents to you.
  3. Email and post - we are happy to email and post your policy documents.

Note:

  • If you wish for your policy documents to be posted to you, send us an email or call us to let us know:

  • Posted policy documents are sent to Australia Post at the close of business on the day that the documents are requested. If you will be travelling within 4 weeks of your policy purchase date, we cannot guarantee that your posted documents will reach you before you leave for your trip. Contact us and we will be happy to assist.
