How will I receive my travel insurance policy documents?

Once your policy has been paid for, you can choose how you’d like to receive your documents: 

• By email – This is the fastest option. Your Certificate of Insurance and Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) will be emailed to your nominated email address shortly after your payment is confirmed. You can easily save these documents to your device or print them out if you’d like a hard copy for your trip. 
• By post – If you prefer printed documents, you can request to have them mailed to you. To arrange this, simply contact us at info@fastcover.com.au or call 1300 409 322. Please allow extra time for postage, as delivery may take longer depending on your location. 
• Both – You can also request to receive your policy documents by both email and post for added convenience. 

Keeping a digital copy handy (for example, saved on your phone or in your email) is recommended so you can access your details quickly while travelling.
