Can I change my policy from Standard Saver to Comprehensive and vice versa?
If your trip hasn’t started yet, you can switch your policy either way, from Standard Saver to Comprehensive or from Comprehensive back to Standard Saver.
If your trip has already started, you can still upgrade from Standard Saver to Comprehensive, but you won’t be able to downgrade from Comprehensive to Standard Saver.
Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
