I can't find my policy, what should I do?

If you can’t find your policy documents or confirmation email, there are a few things you can try: 

  1. Check your email inbox – Search for keywords like “Fast Cover” or “Certificate of Insurance”. Also check your Spam or Junk folders, as sometimes emails may be filtered there. 
  2. Log in online – You can access your documents anytime by logging into the Fast Cover website at fastcover.com.au/your-policy/login. You’ll just need your policy number, surname, and date of birth. 
  3. Contact us directly – If you still can’t locate your policy, get in touch with the Fast Cover team at info@fastcover.com.au or call 1300 409 322 during business hours.  

To help us locate your policy quickly, provide as much detail as possible, such as your full name, when you purchased the policy, and your destination. Also, double-check your Spam or Junk folder, or search your inbox for “Fast Cover” or “Certificate of Insurance.” 

Once we confirm your details, we’ll resend your policy documents, so you have access to everything you need.
