I can't find the email from you with my policy details, what should I do?

If you can’t find your policy email, first check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other folders, as some internet providers automatically filter these messages. 

If it’s still missing, contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@fastcover.com.au or calling 1300 409 322. Having your name, email address, and policy number (if known) ready will help us find your record faster. 

You can also log in anytime at fastcover.com.au/your-policy using your policy number, surname, and date of birth to view and download your documents.
