When will I receive my travel insurance documents?

Your travel insurance documents, including your Certificate of Insurance, emergency contacts, and the PDS, are emailed to you immediately after payment is processed. 

If you’d prefer a printed copy by post, you can request this by emailing info@fastcover.com.au or calling 1300 409 322. Postal delivery times vary, so it’s best to allow extra time before your departure. You are also able to download your Certificate of Insurance by logging in to your policy Fast Cover - Your Policy Login Page.
