Who is considered a spouse under "spouse and dependants"?
Your "Spouse" is your wife or husband, or someone legally recognised in Australia as your de facto partner.
Your "Dependant" is your own children or grandchildren who are under the age of 21 and not in full time employment.
Note:
Your niece, nephew or friend's children are not considered your dependants.
