What if the claims system shows the other traveller’s name on a Duo policy?

To make a claim you must log in to our claims system with the policyholders first name, last name and policy number. When making a claim, the claims system will ask who was affected. If you were listed on the Certificate of Insurance your name will appear here. Simply specify who the claim is being made for. Both travellers listed on the Duo policy are eligible to make claims.
