I'm on a Duo policy, and making a claim, but the claims system keeps on referring to the other policy holder's name.
The Claims system will default to the name as listed first on your policy.
However, you can still make a claim if you are listed on the policy. In the "What Happened" section of your claim, you can specify who you are making the claim for.
