If my phone breaks while overseas, am I covered to have it repaired or replaced?
You can choose to repair or replace your phone, and submit a claim for the cost of the repair or replacement up to a maximum of $1500.
Note:
- There is no cover for the cost of a Repair report that is charged by the repairer to assess the extent of the damage to your phone.
- To be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of your phone, you must first submit a claim for assessment.
As everyone's situation is different, the Claim team will assess all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
