What happens if my rental vehicle is stolen?

If your rental vehicle is stolen, you should report the theft as per the rental car insurance policy that you have with the hire car company. If you have purchased the rental vehicle insurance excess cover add-on, you can then submit a claim with us for the rental vehicle insurance excess that you have paid to the hire car company.
