Am I covered if my flight has been disrupted due to a bird strike?

If your scheduled flight is cancelled, delayed, or shortened because of a strike, depending on the policy chosen, you may be covered under the Trip Disruption Expenses benefit for the reimbursement of reasonable additional travel, accommodation and meal expenses which you cannot recover from any other source.
