What happens if I can also make a claim from someone else?

If another person, company, or provider is responsible for your loss or expense, you’ll need to seek compensation from them first. Travel insurance is designed to step in once you’ve done this. If you aren’t reimbursed for the full amount of your loss, you can submit a claim and your Fast Cover policy may make up the difference, minus any applicable excess.

Every claim is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis and will only be paid if it meets the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy. Always check the PDS carefully so you know exactly what’s included before you travel.
