I've missed my flight - can I claim for the cost of buying a new ticket?

You may be able to claim for the cost of buying a new ticket if the reason for the missed flight is something for which you can claim for under your policy.

For example: If unexpected severe weather means that you missed your connecting flight, you may be able to claim for the cost of buying a new ticket.

You only have this cover if you have taken out the Comprehensive, Snow Sports Plus, Frequent Traveller Saver and Domestic Plus policies.
