Does travel insurance include GST?

GST (Goods and Services Tax) may apply to your Fast Cover Travel Insurance policy depending on the type of policy and your individual circumstances: 

• Domestic Plus Policy and Frequent Traveller Saver Policy: These policies include a GST component because they provide cover for travel within Australia. 
• International Travel Insurance Policies: GST generally does not apply because these policies provide cover for travel outside of Australia.
