Can I cancel the second year of the policy as I've decided to return home early?

No, once you have used the policy, you would not be able to cancel the policy. We don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of the policy.

You can't cancel your policy if you have exercised any of your rights or powers under the policy (e.g. you have made a claim) or if the travel departure date (shown on your Certificate of Insurance) has passed within the 25 day cooling off period.
