What is the Domestic region?

For Fast Cover's travel insurance purposes, the Domestic Plus policy provides cover for travel to destinations within the Domestic region provided your travel destination is at least 200km away from your home. The Domestic region includes Australian states and territories including Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia. The Domestic region also includes Australian islands such as Thursday Island, Lord Howe Island, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Island.

A Domestic Plus policy for the Domestic region does NOT provide cover for overnight cruising in Australian waters. Cover for domestic cruises may be available under International policies that include Australia as a travel destination.

Eligibility criteria, policy terms, conditions, exclusions and limits apply. Consider the PDS prior to deciding on which policy is right for you and your needs.
